I own an Epiphone Les Paul Standard electric guitar, and these strings are pretty much the only strings anyone should use for such a guitar. The feel is like none other. I used to use Ernie Balls (super slinky) which were also great strings, but these Gibsons are a definite upgrade from the Ernie Balls. I recommend them to anyone with a Les Paul style guitar.

These are the best strings I’ve found for my Gibson SG. They have a warm, rich tone that really brings the guitar to life. The strings are exceptionally corrosion resistant, stay in tune longer than any other strings I’ve used, and I’ve never had a Gibson Vintage Reissue string break, ever. Give them a try, after all, if you don’t like them you can always change strings.
